V1.2 allows you to synchronize one or more iTunes playlists to a USB MP3 player. This continues the evolution yet maintains the minimalistic approach of iTuner. This beta release is ostensibly feature complete and stable, providing the final UI, overall functionality, and simplicity requested by you, the users.
It took a little longer than I had hoped but it's finally here... The production release will complete the auto-detect folder capabilities feature. (Currently, what you see in the Folder layout drop-down is what it attempts to do.)
For developers, this feature shows how to enumerate USB disk drives, detect state changes in drives as they come online or go offline, and synchronize a specific playlist with a selected USB drive or music player.
With the final release of 1.2, I intend on providing these additional features:
- Properly position the main window regardless to which screen edge the Windows taskbar is docked.
- Display the list of queued and running Librarian tasks - a warm and fuzzy display to let you know what's going on behind the scenes.
